The beach is in front of the house across the road, the sea can be seen from the front door. Beach fishing is very popular especially for Tailor and Herring. Boat ramps for both the ocean and estuary are close by.

 

Estuary and sea charts are available in the house. Parking suitable for boats is on the front drive.

 

The new Meadow Springs shopping centre is close by (10 minutes walk) with a supermarket, newsagent, bakery, liquor store, filling station, and more. Behind the centre is the Meadows Springs world class golf course. Mandurah city centre is only 6 Kms away along the beachfront bicycle path or via the main road, where you will find many excellent restaurants. Further south is the Dawesville Cut with access to the Peel Inlet and it’s excellent crabbing, fishing and boating amenities.
